STEVEN cAMP M.A., BCBA

Executive Clinical Director

Steven Camp is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 19 years' experience in the field of Autism and related developmental disorders. Steven graduated from Chapman University with a Master's Degree in Special Education.

Steven has a wealth of knowledge in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, with diverse experience across both public and private sector jobs. Steven spent the early years of his career working with young children and teens in the school setting; where he implemented ABA treatment in an Autism specific preschool and one to one behavioral support for children in mild/moderate and general education setting. 

 

Steven became board certified as a Behavior Analyst in 2013, which allowed him to hold many positions in the ABA industry including Associate Clinical Director and Regional Clinical Director for different companies providing clinical support to infants (0-3 years old), children and adults. 

Steven served as the Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis Expert Consultant at Inland Empire Health Plan, where he established and developed the Provider Care Standards and Medical Necessity Treatment Guidelines for Autism.

Steven recognized his passion for helping others in 2004, and further committed himself in 2010 when he adopted a child with severe developmental and medical needs. Becoming a parent of a child with special needs allows him the perspective of the families in which he serves and allows him to provide empathetic and practical approach to treatment without compromising the treatment integrity. Steven's son is the purpose, behind Steven's mission to advocate and ensure individuals with special development, physical, and behavior needs; get the chance at life and becoming productive members of society.

Steven strongly believes in the GEM standard to treatment, Good Enough for Me; and believes the treatment he and his staff provides, is what he would expect for his own child to receive.

andrew camp

Director of Operations and Administration

Andrew is the Director of Operations and Administration at Collaborative Autism Management Programs. Andrew, a Cal State Fullerton Alumni,  where he studied business administration and finance. Andrew has a wealth of experience in business operations, human resources, national safety, and information technology. He spent the early years in his career as the Southern California Regional Manager for Sears Holdings Corporation and a General Manager and National Safety Officer for a global waste and recycling corporation. Andrew is a musically trained and talented Opera Vocalist, who has traveled the United States competing in Chorale Festivals, and truly enjoys the art of music and theatre.
