STEVEN cAMP M.A., BCBA
Co-Founder / Executive Clinical Director

Steven Camp is the Co-founder and Executive Clinical Director of Collaborative Autism Management Programs. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst, who specializes in the treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disorders. He has over 20 years’ experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, Autism, and developmental disabilities. He holds a Master's Degree in Teaching with an emphasis in Special Education from Chapman University, and along with a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology.

Throughout his career, Steven has amassed a wealth of knowledge in Applied Behavior Analysis, gained through a variety of positions in both the public and private sectors. His early career involved working with young children within the school setting, where he implemented ABA treatment in an Autism-specific preschool and provided one-on-one behavioral support for children in mild/moderate and general education classrooms.

In 2013, Steven earned board certification as a Behavior Analyst, opening doors to various roles in the ABA industry, including Associate Clinical Director and Regional Clinical Director for different companies, where he offered clinical support to infants (0-3 years old), children, and young adults.

Notably, Steven served as the Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis Expert Consultant at Inland Empire Health Plan, where he played a pivotal role in establishing and developing Provider Care Standards and Medical Necessity Treatment Guidelines for Autism.

Steven's passion for helping others emerged in 2004 and deepened in 2010 when he adopted a child with severe developmental and medical needs. As a parent of a child with special needs, he gained a unique perspective on the families he serves, allowing him to offer empathetic and practical approaches to treatment without compromising treatment integrity. Steven's son serves as the driving force behind his mission to advocate for individuals with special developmental, physical, and behavioral needs, ensuring they have the opportunity to lead fulfilling lives and become productive members of society.

Steven strongly upholds the GEM standard in treatment, "Good Enough for Me." He and his staff are committed to delivering the kind of treatment that they would expect for their own loved ones to receive.

andrew camp
Co-Founder / Director of Operations and Administration

Andrew is the Co-Founder and Director of Operations and Administration at Collaborative Autism Management Programs. He is an alumnus of Cal State Fullerton, where he pursued studies in business administration and finance. With a substantial background in business operations, human resources, national safety, and information technology, Andrew brings a wealth of experience to his position.

In the early stages of his career, Andrew served as the Southern California Regional Manager for Sears Holdings Corporation and held the positions of General Manager and National Safety Officer at a global waste and recycling corporation.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Andrew is a highly accomplished Opera Vocalist with formal musical training. He has traversed the United States participating in Chorale Festivals, showcasing his passion for music and theatre.
